You must be 18 years of age or older to use PluxBet. We take underage access seriously and will terminate any account found to belong to a minor, with all fees forfeited. If you are concerned that a minor is using the Platform, contact us at safeguarding@pluxbet.io.

• Entry fees are real money and are non-refundable once a challenge begins.
• Most challenge participants do not pass both phases — this is by design (skill assessment).
• Do not spend money you cannot afford to lose on entry fees.
• Repeated entry-fee purchases after failed challenges may indicate problematic behaviour.

The entry-fee model can trigger problem gambling impulses. Watch for:

• Spending more on entry fees than budgeted, hoping to “win it back”.
• Feeling anxious or irritable when not participating.
• Borrowing money to fund challenge entries.
• Neglecting work, family, or personal responsibilities.

If any of the above apply, please seek help immediately.

If you wish to temporarily or permanently close your account, contact us at support@pluxbet.io. We will close your account within 24 hours of your request. This action is irreversible for a minimum of 30 days. Any outstanding funded-account payouts will be processed to your registered wallet.
