Terms of Service

By creating an account or using PluxBet (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.

PluxBet is a sports-betting prop-firm challenge platform. Users pay an entry fee to receive a funded challenge account. They must meet performance targets across two challenge phases to receive a “funded” status and a profit share on future returns.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where accessing this type of platform is prohibited.
• You may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be terminated without refund.
• Employees and affiliates of PluxBet are not eligible to participate in challenges.

• Entry fees are paid in cryptocurrency via OxaPay and are non-refundable once a challenge begins.
• If a challenge has not started (no bets placed), contact support within 48 hours for a refund review.
• Profit-share payouts are made in cryptocurrency to the wallet address you provide.
• We reserve the right to withhold payouts pending identity verification if required by law.

• Challenge targets, drawdown limits, and profit-split percentages are defined in each plan and may change for new subscribers.
• Bets placed must be on pre-match markets offered by the Platform.
• Any attempt to manipulate results, exploit bugs, or engage in coordinated betting to circumvent risk rules will result in immediate disqualification without refund.
• We reserve the right to void any bet that results from a data error or odds-feed malfunction.

You must not:

• Use automated bots or scripts to place bets.
• Share account credentials or allow third parties to operate your account.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Platform.
• Submit false identity or payment information.
• Use the Platform for money laundering or other illegal activities.

The Platform displays third-party advertisements served by TrafficStars. We are not responsible for the content of those ads. Clicking an ad may take you to a third-party site governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We receive revenue from ad impressions; we do not endorse or recommend advertised products.

All content on the Platform — including design, code, copy, and data — is owned by or licensed to PluxBet. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

The Platform is provided “as is”. We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy of odds, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PluxBet's total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the entry fees you have paid during that period.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms. You may close your account by contacting support. Upon termination, pending payouts due under legitimate completed challenges will be processed; entry fees for active or future challenges are non-refundable.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
